Good questions.
Straight answers.

The details matter. Here are a few
worth knowing from the start.

Who is Cuelify being built for?

Owner-operators and property teams who want leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident communication in one connected workspace. The initial blueprint is focused on New Jersey, with a structure designed to support multiple entities and future partners.

Can a lease have more than one payer?

Yes. The core design supports separate charges and payments for residents, guarantors, employers, and housing-assistance providers. Dedicated housing-assistance workflows are a separate phase of the roadmap.

Does AI decide who gets approved?

No. Document extraction and screening decisions are deliberately separate. The blueprint uses consistent, versioned criteria and human review. A flagged document goes to review, not an automatic rejection.

Are the AI agents part of the first release?

No. The agent layer is on the roadmap. The first core release is scoped around the portfolio, applications, finances, work orders, resident portal, and dashboards. The intelligence section above is a concept preview, not a claim that those agents are live.
